The last few days have been all about Jordyn Woods and Karl-Anthony Towns since the two tied the knot on Aug. 15

The couple, who have been together for six years, exchanged “I Dos” at their star-studded Malibu wedding in front of an audience.

With a drama-free relationship, many say she’s more than qualified to offer advice to future brides.

Kat, the New York Knicks center, proposed to Woods six months ago on Christmas Eve at a rooftop bar in New York City. The two felt no need to wait and knew they wanted a summer wedding.

“Love Island” stars Olandria Carthen, Nicolas Vansteenberghe, husband and wife Justin and Hailey Bieber, as well as Willow, Jaden, and Jada Pinkett Smith were in attendance.

Now that Woods is officially a wife; she’s giving matchmaking advice to women.

The WOODS BY JORDYN CEO shared her thoughts on the subject with Marie Claire in an Aug. 17 video, but some fans were distracted by a more gleaming gem.

“I would say date your best friend,” she said in a clip posted to Instagram. “Stop going for like the crazy, the guys that are unavailable emotionally.”

Woods advises women to “Date the nice guy because I promise you it’s a much more peaceful life.”

Although her tip was simple and quick, some observers lost focus because of the shiny accessory she sports on her left hand.

Her diamond, emerald-cut ring was blinding; GIA-certified gemologist and jeweler Benjamin Khordipour told Today.com that the emerald-cut diamond is likely around 15 carats.

One Instagram user commented, “Look at the ring?”

Someone else who somewhat tuned into what she was saying, but definitely still took notice in her bling wrote, “Some of y’all should listen, maybe that natural diamond ring will be on your finger sooner than you know.”

Another fan simply wrote, “That ring!”

Though the exact figure is unknown, various outlets have reported that Towns spent over $1 million on the 15-carat ring.  He even went so far as to design it himself.

The 11-year NBA veteran seems to have put some thought into the design of the ring.

The sides of the band are encrusted with pink diamonds. On the inside of the band are the couple’s birthstones and those of their deceased parents.

The inscription reads “I love you, my heart” in Spanish — in KAT’s handwriting, as a nod to his mom, who was Dominican.

“The ring looks like a glacier on her finger,” Karl told Vogue, the outlet that captured the couple’s big day.

Towns and Woods initially bonded after each lost a parent. They initially met in 2017 through a mutual friend. That was the same year that Woods’ father, John Woods, lost his battle with cancer.

Three years later, Towns’ mother, Jacqueline Cruz-Towns, succumbed to complications from COVID-19. They bonded over the tragedies, which eventually turned into romance.

At the altar, Woods and KAT exchanged matching Sixteen Stone by Tiffany & Co. wedding bands. Woods wore a Danielle Frankel custom draped wedding dress, while Towns opted for a classic black tuxedo by Ralph Lauren.

Even Kylie Jenner, Woods’ former best friend, attended the wedding with her boyfriend Timothée Chalamet.

However, it’s no surprise she was the only one from the Kardashian-Jenner family there.

Woods was ostracized from the group in 2019 after it was revealed that Khloé Kardashian’s boyfriend at the time, Tristan Thompson, kissed Woods at a party.
