Porsha Williams secures Atlanta mansion and $1.56M equity reimbursement in divorce settlement
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star also receives title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost as the former couple resolves their remaining property disputes.
Porsha Williams has secured full ownership of the Atlanta mansion she once shared with ex-husband Simon Guobadia, along with more than $1.56 million in reimbursement from his share of the property’s equity.
The divorce settlement follows her June 2025 divorce ruling and the original February 2024 filing that ended their 15-month marriage.
According to TMZ, court documents stated Guobadia transferred his interest in the Atlanta property to Williams through a quitclaim deed. He also agreed that Williams is entitled to $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from his share of the home’s equity and to receive title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
Under the agreement, Williams has full authority to refinance the home or sell it in a commercially reasonable manner without Guobadia or an arbitrator being involved. The documents say Williams and Guobadia confirmed the settlement terms under oath during an Aug. 5 hearing and told the judge the agreement resolved all remaining issues between them.
The new property deal clarifies what Williams will ultimately receive from the mansion. When their divorce was finalized last June, the court upheld the couple’s prenuptial agreement and awarded Williams $40,000 per month in alimony for 14 months, totaling $560,000.
That earlier ruling allowed Williams to remain in the home for up to 36 months while Guobadia covered the mortgage and other housing expenses. If she stayed beyond that period, she would have been required to refinance the property, and Guobadia would have been entitled to 50% of the equity.
The final divorce agreement now removes that remaining shared interest. By transferring his stake through the quitclaim deed and agreeing to the $1.56 million reimbursement, Guobadia gives Williams control of the property without the earlier equity arrangement.
Williams and Guobadia married in November 2022 after announcing their engagement in May 2021. The “RHOA” star filed for divorce in February 2024, and their split later developed into disputes over the prenuptial agreement, the Atlanta property and financial obligations.
However, the settlement does not simply permit Williams to remain in the house. It leaves her with Guobadia’s transferred interest in the Atlanta mansion, an agreed $1,568,181.63 equity reimbursement and title to the Rolls-Royce.
