‘He Misses Meagan’: DeVon Franklin’s Birthday Trip Photos Derail When Fans Bring Up Ex-Wife Meagan Good
Film and television producer DeVon Franklin posted pictures of his birthday celebration on social media on April 19, and things went left when fans brought up his ex-wife, actress Meagan Good.
Franklin’s birthday was April 13, and he celebrated with several friends as well as his brothers, David and Ray Franklin, with a men’s trip. The 44-year-old shared several pictures of the celebration on social media.
“What’s done with the brothers stays with the brothers!” wrote Franklin, followed by laughing-crying, fist, and money-bag emojis. “I’m so grateful for the fellas helping me celebrate this true year!”
Franklin also shared a message on Twitter on his birthday which said he was grateful and excited. “This birthday feels like a rebirth — grateful and excited for everything this true year will bring! This is 44. #livefree.”
Fans wished Franklin a happy birthday and commented on his good-looking friends.
“Happy birthday! Keep shinen~ keep inspiring! You inspire me! Thank you for being you!! Much love,” wrote one fan. “You and your brothers look like triplets,” replied another.
“This is a nice assorted box of chocolates! Aries do it better,” wrote one Instagram user.
Franklin wasn’t smiling in some of the pictures, which prompted several fans on Instagram to comment on his facial expression. Several people also made comments about the producer’s divorce from Good. Franklin and the “The Intruder” actress announced their divorce in August 2021, and reportedly finalized it earlier this month.
One fan surmised that Franklin missed Good. “He misses MEAGAN lol,” that person wrote.
“This (sic) pics look forced he ain’t happy with his so-called bros” replied another. “How’d he fumble Meagan?” responded another fan.
Another fan took notice of one of Franklin’s friends, writing, “You got that glow. But the one with the hat on though. Is he single? I’m asking for ME!!!
Other fans had jokes about the birthday trip. “Mmm that caption ain’t sitting right in my spirit,” noted one.
