The ever-youthful Jada Pinkett Smith gave her fans a glimpse at her “Roll Bounce” skills when she popped on her roller skates and hit a few strides for social media.
In the brief video Jada is seen serving grooving outside her garage to rappers Foxxy Brown and Jay-Z’s collab “I’ll Be.” According to the actress’s caption, the skate moment was recorded for something special she’ll share with fans soon.
“It’s me tryn’a skate outside and not fall on my tail! I haven’t skated outside in yearzzzzzzz!! I sure needed some @heyhumansofficial body wash after this lil roll!! Got something cute coming your way soon. Till then … Happy Saturday! Find some fun today taht will nourish your heart and the childlike part of yourself ,” wrote the “Red Table Talk” host.
The post was flooded with comments, including those from Jada’s family and friends. The actress’s longtime best friend, rapper MC Lyte, showered the post with heart emojis that resulted in Jada responding with, “yo Lyte where your skates at!!”
The forever young matriarch of the family, Adrienne “Gammy” Norris, also decided to jump into the comments. “She just skatin cause she know I cain’t Get it, J!!” she wrote. Jada responded to her mother with, “Gam you know you are one of my fav skate partners. When you can get them skates on we gonna roll.”
