Bow Wow‘s recent excursion in his Slingshot ended up taking a back seat to his weight loss when fans noticed the rapper’s more svelte physique in an Instagram post.

The 33-year-old “Growing Up Hip-Hop: Atlanta” star, born Shad Moss, shared an image of himself “somewhere in the middle of no where” posted up in front of a bright green and black Polaris Slingshot while rocking a Slingshot t-shirt, khaki pants, and white air force ones.

“Haven’t really been posting … too busy living in REAL LIFE!” he exclaimed in his caption. “Baby you ever rode to the top of the mountains in a 3 wheel monster machine like this? I aint think so…. 😀

Commenters, however, were less impressed by his ride than they were his noticeably trimmer frame, causing Bow to defend his formerly thick self, which he says was for his role in “F9,” the ninth “The Fast & Furious” saga release. “Damn was i that big? My shit like a boxer i can up down and up! I told folks i got bigger for fast 9,” he responded in his comments.

Bow’s mother, Theresa Caldwell, also gave her son his props for slimming down and credited some hard work on his Peloton with the transformation. “I see you been on that @onepeloton looking good son ❤🔥,” she wrote.

Bow Wow is reportedly set to reprise his role as his street racing “Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift” character Twinkie in the upcoming “F9.” The film, which also sees the return of series regulars Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris and Lucas Black who played Sean Boswell, the best friend of Bow’s character.

Fans gave the “Like You” rapper his props for getting his summer body together in the winter.

“My boy looking slim I see you 💪

“U Dropped that weight 🔥
