Mendeecees Harris and Safaree Samuels recently took advantage of a nice day by dusting off their four-wheelers and taking them out for a spin. The “Love & Hip Hop” stars were joined by friends WNBA baller Ty Young and rapper Lil Noby during their Jan. 18 ride session.

Harris, who brought his 8-year-old son Omere along for the ride, admitted that he hasn’t had the easiest time learning how to ride the shiny toy. “Been trying to learn how to wheelie for years and still can’t get it… raptor day with @safaree @tyyoung11 @lilnoby @omereandskylar,” he captioned the photos.

Always the good friend, Safaree encouragingly commented, “You’ll get it In no time!!” under the post.

Both Harris and Samuels recently appeared on VH1’s four-part special reunion “Love & Hip Hop: Secrets Unlocked,” along with their better halves Yandy Smith-Harris and Erica Mena, respectively, to virtually dish on “never-before-seen casting footage, behind-the-scenes secrets, messy entanglements, epic breakups and a look back at the most unforgettable trips and unresolved drama from New York, to Atlanta, down to Miami and Hollywood,” according to a press release from the network.

Ahead of the reunion’s premiere, Mendeecees teased that viewers can expect to see “growth” all around, but especially from him. “I think that y’all are going to see growth. It’s been 10 years. A lot of people ain’t the same person who they were 10 years ago,” he told Complex. “So you should see people have grown. … A lot of people are adults now, got children now, got businesses now. … I’m trying to navigate and find my way through life and get reactivated back into society. Things change. Storylines change. Everything changes.”

One recent change Harris’ life that was revealed during the show was the removal of his ankle monitor, giving him the freedom to travel with his family.

Fans who enjoyed seeing the two friends hanging out left plenty of safety tips and words of encouragement for Mendeecees in the comments.
