‘It’s Giving No Space In the Bed’: Zonnique Pullins Opens Up About How Motherhood Is Going
It has been almost two months since Zonnique Pullins gave birth to her baby girl, and she has been doing pretty good at keeping her newborn’s face off of social media and keeping most of her life private.
However, on Thursday, Feb. 4, Pullins allowed her fans to ask her some questions on her Instagram Story. Since Pullins has been largely mum about her new role as a mother, that naturally was one of the top things fans wanted to know about. The 24-year-old even started off her reply with “This question is already in the box a million times.”
She proceeded, “and it’s giving no space in the bed. Might as well be sharing a body type hood.” To give her fans a better idea about what she meant, she shared a photo of her daughter snuggling up really close to her body.
A super fan asked if Pullins could show her baby’s “head again” because that is their “niece fr.” So she uploaded a photo of her holding her baby and taking a mirror photo.
Another thing a fan wanted to know is if “breast feeding painful,” and Pullins responded with a picture she felt could better explain the answer than her words. In the photo, Pullins’ face is scrunched up as she is breastfeeding her daughter. On the photo, she wrote, “Sis….my face!”
Pullins’ daughter, whose name she has yet to reveal, is her first child, and she welcomed her back in December with her boyfriend, Baltimore rapper Bandhunta Izzy. Pullins revealed that although she was “kind of sad at first” after finding out she was pregnant, her boyfriend had an opposite reaction and was “really excited from the jump.”
She added, “But after a while, I’m like, ‘Now I feel like I can do this. It’s something that will mature me and change me in a great way.’ I’m trying to wrap my head around it, and now we are here.”
