‘That Last Slide Is the Most Accurate Depiction of a Black Family EVER!’: Kelly Rowland’s Anniversary Post Derails After Fans Zoom In on Son Titan Trying to Catch the ‘Beat’
Kelly Rowland and her husband, Tim Weatherspoon, celebrated their anniversary earlier this week. The two lovebirds dated for years before tying the knot in a private ceremony in Costa Rica in 2014.
To commemorate the day of their union, the “Coffee” singer shared a collage of fun-filled family moments on Instagram on Tuesday, May 10. There’s a video of Kelly and her husband of eight years on the night of the Oscars and another of the two coupled up.
“My darling Tim! Happy anniversary!!” she captioned the post. “TK8!! I got you, you got me, WE GOT THIS! I LOVE YOU!!!”
Kelly’s post also featured a photo of Tim walking with their two boys, Titan, 7, and 17-month-old Noah. But the last video left fans in tears after many focused in on Titan. It’s no secret that the proud parents have been teaching him how to dance and stay on beat with the music.
Kelly and the fam were seen dancing to Jack Harlow’s “What’s Poppin’” in the clip, when Tim looked at Titan and said, “Hey, watch that beat though.” The former Destiny’s Child singer, who has danced professionally since the 1990s, looked anxious as her son began to clap offbeat.
‘Uh-huh,” said Kelly as she attempted to laugh it off. Tim stepped in to properly instruct their older son. A handful of fans wished the couple a happy anniversary, including Miguel, Gabrielle Union, Pastor Toure Roberts, La La Anthony and many more. But most were left in tears after seeing everyone’s facial expressions. Actor Lance Gross said, “Yo, I’m dying at Titan’s claps and y’all reactions.”
“Its the last video for me.”
“Happy anniversay y’all. Watch that beat though…”
“Hhhhaaaaaaaaaa Titan clap. My man !! Haaaa. Happy anniversary you two.”
“That last slide is the most accurate depiction of a Black family EVER! I love that.”
