Bill Cosby To Walk Free After Pennsylvania Supreme Court Vacates Sexual Assault Conviction
Pennsylvania’s highest court overturned Bill Cosby‘s sex assault conviction Wednesday after finding agreement with a previous prosecutor prevented him from being charged in the case.

NBC and MSNBC news anchor Craig Melvin tweeted that Cosby could be released within the next few hours.
A source says Bill Cosby will be out of prison in hours. Conviction has been vacated.

Cosby’s release comes after serving over two years of a three to 10-year sentence at the State Correctional Institution at Phoenix near Philadelphia. Cosby opted to serve the maximum of the sentence as opposed to apologizing for the 2004 sexual encounter with his accuser Andre Constand.
